Established in 1983 as a professional consulting firm, Cross Management Consulting Services, Inc specializes in the labor-management needs of administrators and employees in both the public and private sector. It is our philosophy that quality consulting services should be available for public and private entities with the focus on their unique problems while mindful of the resources available for such service.

It is our desire to serve our clients not only when problems arise, but to provide problem identification and resolution before the fact. Hence, we provide numerous services, including staff and board traning, contract administration, collective bargaining representation, grievance and arbitration handling, operating successful levy campaigns and representation before various state and federal courts of law.
