Alan Lemons joined Cross Management Consulting Services, Inc. in 2005 as General Counsel for the firm.
Alan is also a partner in the law firm of Miller, Searl & Fitch in Portsmouth, Ohio. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the Ohio State University in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, in addition to his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Akron, where he concentrated in litigation.

Mr. Lemons has been negotiating labor agreements in both public and private sectors and has represented clients before the State Employment Relations Board, the National Labor Relations Board and in Workers’ Compensation hearings and Unemployment Compensation hearings, since 1985.
Mr. Lemons is also the owner of a manufacturing company.
