Jim joined Cross Management Consulting Services, Inc. in July of 1999.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Buckner served in various positions from County Administrator, City Management, Executive Director of Cincinnati Area Chamber of Commerce, and private sector insurance consulting. Mr. Buckner has served as a law enforcement officer early in his career and has a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree from the University of Dayton.
