Mr. Brown has his own law practice in North Carolina. He holds a B.S. from Ohio State University in Manpower and Industrial Relations in addition to a Juris Doctor Degree from the Ohio State University.

Mr. Brown has special expertise representing clients before the State Personnel Board of Review, and State Employment Relations Board, National Labor Relations Board, and the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review.
